Amazon Kindle eReader - How to use it(Easy steps with screenshots)

Understanding the UI of Amazon Kindle eReader

   Eventhough there are different Kindle eReader devices available on market, each of them has the same User Interface so the steps that we are going to see should be applicable on any below shown Kindle eReaders.



  • These Kindle eReaders always works on the same software so the UI, but has difference in hardware like low PPI but affordable(All new eReader), Aaptive Front light(Amazon voyage), Page Press buttons and thin built(Amazon Oasis). 
  • After unboxing the kindle the user will be asked to follow few steps to get start the reading experience.
  • First after tapping the power button the user the will be prompt to connect to wifi, following that will be the Registration part where you should enter your credentials of your amazon account then it will lead you to the Home which looks similar to the image seen below.
         
  • Top left corner shows the name of user's amazon account to which the kindle is registered.
  • In Top right corner we can see the wifi strength,Battery Indicator and the time.
  • And the corresponding icons seen are Home icon, back , Quick Settings , Goodreads, Store, Search panel and Menu icon.
  • If you see three vertical dots anywhere while navigating in the kindle then it means there is a menu.
  • Then you can see "My library" button which takes the user to another page(will be discussed in detail).
  • And below that Three thumbnails are seen, here i have downloaded a book which is shown as a big thumbnail so the recently downloaded or recently read book or sample will be shown as a big thumbnail.
  • On the right side of it we can see two small thumbnails which is second and third recently used books or sample of books.
  • On the lower part of the home we can see four thumnails which has got a heading "More like the Rogue" i.e The books similar to the recently used book will be shown here, if user taps any of the thumbnail it will redirect to store so that user can buy it.


Inside My Library - >

 

  • The Downloaded or PDF,Texts which was transferred via USB will be shown on "DOWNLOADED" Section
  • The Books,Samples,Periodicals present on the cloud will be shown on "ALL" section.
  • The user can switch between both of the sections just by tapping it.

Train Simulator 2015 crashed at start and also creates a dump file. I followed these steps to fix this. Right click on the TS2015.exe and click Properties. And on the "Compatibility" tab change the compatibility mode to "Windows XP(Service Pack 3). And select the checkbox of "Override high DPI scaling behavior" and "Run this program as an administrator" as shown on the above screenshot. I hope it will work fine now. Leaking of Engine oil is a common issue found on KTM Duke.

Its been two years since i bought the KTM Duke 200, recently while i was cleaning my duke 200 i found some oil stains over the engine casing and i came to know that its a engine oil leak. I have heard many times that engine oil leak is a common problem on the KTM Duke. If not found the engine might seize, luckily i found it and had it serviced at KTM service center. While water washing i saw the greasy stains over the engine. I got it serviced and they refilled it with new Motul Synthetic Engine oil  and replaced the oil and air filter. They sealed the engine casing and as of now i dont see any leaking. Already my bike was due for service and at the same time the engine oil leak also happened. It costed Rs 800 for Synthetuc engine oil and Rs 750 for servicing the vehicle. And they replaced few other parts like oil filter, air filter and brake pads so totally it was around Rs 3.5K. Took the below pic after the servicing the bike.
