Are you getting this error while trying Siri for the first time or after that....            Try the steps given below: Step 1:Open  cydia and click search ' iFile', Now download and install it... Step 2:Now open iFile and click var->mobile->Library->Preferences--> Edit and Delete com.apple.assistant.plist  as shown in the pic below.. Step 3:Now try Siri and it should work well....If not try the above steps again and it will work..It worked for me after trying two times....Have fun...
